Jean-Louis Aune du cabinet conseil Efficient Innovation intervient le 22 mai à la SKEMA Executive lors d'une conférence sur l'innovation "ouverte", organisée par la CCI Nice Côte d'Azur en partenariat avec l'INPI.

Basée sur le partage et la collaboration, l'innovation "ouverte" part du principe qu'il est plus efficace et rapide de ne plus s'appuyer uniquement sur sa seule et propre recherche pour innover. Il s'agit donc de mettre en place des écosystèmes d'innovation regroupant des partenaires d'horizons variés afin de déboucher sur des innovations qui bénéficient à tous.
Mais la réussite d'une innovation collaborative ne peut avoir lieu sans une réflexion sur sa protection. Quels sont les risques ? Comment naviguer entre ouverture et propriété intellectuelle ?
Cette conférence est l'occasion de découvrir comment amplifier la création de valeur grâce aux synergies de ces relations multiples mais aussi comment protéger et valoriser ses innovations.

Julien Mouysset de Efficient Innovation interviendra lors de la journée d'information mardi 15 mai 2012 sur les dispositifs européens dédiés au financement de projets éco-innovants. Ces outils s'adressent particulièrement à des PME qui souhaitent s'engager seules ou en partenariat et concernent la phase de développement de prototype et/ou la phase la commercialisation d'une innovation déjà validée par un prototype. Seront également présentés, l'aide au montage de projets par Oseo et la recherche de partenaires par le Réseau Entreprises Europe.

Innovation & International : Efficient innove sur ses méthodes en collaboration

« EFFI INTERNATIONALISATION », est un projet collaboratif original mené par les sociétés montpell iéraines Efficient Innovation, HLP Développement, Tecknowmetrics, ILO et 3 laboratoires, ayant pour objectif d'aider des PME innovantes à s'internationaliser, en structurant et en consolidant leurs projets.

Cette innovation repose sur une méthode rigoureuse d'analyse de risques des projets d'internationalisation : la méthode CAPISCI (pour Capacité d'Anticipation des Problèmes Internationaux Stratégiques de Commercialisation des Innovations). L'appui des laboratoires de recherche de l'UTC de Compiègne, de l'ERFI à Montpellier et du LEST à Aix-en-Provence sur les thématiques de l'économie, la gestion, la sociologie des entrepreneurs, l'international vont améliorer les qualités du diagnostic ainsi que l'outil de mesure des risques et opportunités.

Efficient Innovation, partener of the technologic collective action, called MEM'P.

Launched in december 2008, the national collective action MEM'P ("Membranes for SMEs") supports membrane technology development in french SMEs. This action was co-financed by the DGCIS (French organization in charge of competitiveness, industry and services) and led by Efficient Innovation and the CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research). It was created to encourage the launch of R&D projects and industrial and technologic development projects, which could beneficiate of national and/or european fundings.

The 29th of September 2009, 23 SMEs and some organizations (Oséo,DGCIS, Trimatec, la DRIRE … : french public organizations in charge of innovation, competitiveness, regional strategies, etc.) were gathered in the l'Hôtel d'Agglomération at Montpellier. The companies showed their interest for the individual supports suggested after this day. Efficient Innovation will participate to these individual supports by realizing a diagnostic of each company. The cabinet will also organize modules about "Market study" and "Project Setting up".

In January 2010, the french newspaper "Industries & Technologies" published an article about the use of Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) in order to improve environmental performances of products, processes or services.

Wassim Daoud, PhD and expert in Eco-Innovation in the cabinet, was interviewed and explained the method together with its advantages for the company.

The action MEM'P at the International Symposium "BioN'Days 2010"

It is in this state of mind that MEM'P and Efficient Innovation, participated in the international symposium BioN'Days, April, 22nd and 23rd, 2010. They were in charge of the modules "Marketing study" and "Project Setting up".

During these days, exclusive meetings between industrials and laboratories, working in the cosmetic and foodindustry sector, were organized in order to encourage potential technical collaborations. The conferences were about extraction and separation technologies via supercritical fluid and membranes.

The Arts&Métiers Mag is a monthly magazine from the ENSAM school, a well-known french engineering school. In March 2010, the magazine discussed about innovation methods which allow to keep innovating with efficiency, even with the actual economic crisis.

Jean-Louis Aune, Efficient Innovation co-director and engineer Arts&Métiers (Aix-en-Provence - 1983), explained the chosen method of one of our clients : SPIT, specialized in fixing products for the building sector. Indeed, SPIT developped its innovation and launched it with success on the market.

Efficient Innovation: Rapporteur General for the EU

Estelle MOUGEOT LEROY, senior consultant, was a Rapporteur General for one day of the European Week of Regions - WIRE 2010, dedicated to the "Regions of Knowledge".

This conference was organized during the spanish presidency of the European Union. It dealt with assessments of the results and identification of best practices for the use of the resources devoted to research and development (R&D), specially the Structural Funds (SF), at the national and regional level.

The week was focused on synergies such as the stimuli to foster research potential of interest areas of a cluster in a given region or groups of regions, or the clustering around a high quality research centre in a certain regions, in order to help regions becoming real protagonists of the knowledge society. The synergies between the different innovation instruments (FP, SF and CIP, the National and Regional initiatives) were also a common subject of study.

The AFNOR and innovation process

Efficient Innovation and the AFNOR are thinking about a definition for " the innovation process"

Efficient Innovation participates in an expert work, organized by the European Commission, to establish a reference in term of innovation management best practices.

The project is managed by the AFNOR ( French organization in charge of standardization), for the french part, and is completely coherent with the will to reinforce european corporation efficiency concerning innovation.

The experts will suggest tools and methods that will help managing risks, related to the different steps of the innovation process. In parallel, the created reference will form a company selection base : it will be possible to recognize which ones have abilities to innovate and which ones may receive public fundings to sustain their innovation processes.
